Transport Administrator (Agency) - Grays - Start ASAP!
Calling all organized and detail-oriented individuals!
We're seeking a temporary Transport Administrator to join our client's operation in Grays. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage driver paperwork for Grays and its associated outbases (printing & scanning)
- Assist with driver resource allocation
- Respond to driver queries while on the road
- Handle holiday and absence reporting
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working in a unionized environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
