Digital Marketing Apprentice

Abbingdon Global are an audio tech company who produce audio products that have revolutionised the way people listen to music. They are now seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Creating marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional content
  • Conducting research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights
  • Analysing key marketing performance metrics, competitors and KPIs
  • Maintaining and enhancing the brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
  • Coordinating and supporting product launches
  • Collaborating with advertising platforms and agencies to plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns
  • Planning and organizing trade shows, webinars, product demonstrations, and other promotional events

Required skills:

  • Skills in analysing marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and conveying marketing messages
  • A focus on achieving marketing objectives and delivering measurable results
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and ideas to others
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
