The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support KS1 & KS2 pupils 1-2-1 within the classroom, promoting creative learning with the pupils as they begin their journey within education. You will also be tasked with supporting the pupils within small group intervention sessions.

As a Teaching Assistant at this wonderful primary school, you will be given the tools to support the pupils within the classroom and small group sessions. The small group sessions are really effective for the pupils as it allows them to use creative outlets to aid their learning.
