Responsibilities:
- Electrical - Lighting
- Control panel
- Power distribution
- Generators
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- BMS System
- UPS Systems
- Plant Rooms
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 or apprenticeship in any Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- 17th or 18th edition desirable
- Building services experience
