We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Teacher to join our partnered specialist SEN school in Great Yarmouth. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

**About the Role:

You will plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that meet the individual learning needs of your students. Working alongside skilled teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in helping pupils achieve both academically and personally.

**What We're Looking For:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Child DBS on the update service
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in SEN education is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A flexible, patient, and nurturing teaching style
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and personalised learning

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and assess differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including staff meetings, training and school events
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare responsibilities at all times
