The role and profile:
- Candidate must come from a supervisor or team-leading role
- Ideal background luxury clothing with over 3 years of retail experience
- High understanding of CRM and implementation
- Assist with regular client appointments in store
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Managing a team size of 8
- Reporting to the Store Director and Assistant manager
- Working closely with the operation team, customer service, and front-of-house team
- Managing Rotas, with excellent skills in administrative tasks
- Conduct team meetings, and provide daily / trade reports
- Being the key holder of the business, opening and closing store
- Ensure cash flows and boutique banking are done correctly
