We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a Plasterer to join their growing team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £30,051 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out plastering works within domestic properties, such as skimming, dotting and dabbing, rendering, pointing
- Providing tenants with updates on ongoing works
- Working on large scale plastering for kitchen and bathrooms
- Utilising a PDA to record and plan works as required
- Ensuring van is fully stocked at all times
Requirements:
- Experience completing plastering maintenance works within domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 2 Plastering qualification

- 39 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
