On behalf of my client, a leading construction consultancy, I am seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join their busy team in Central London. This unique position offers the opportunity to lead a significant government heritage scheme that will help shape the future of Britain's historic estate.
My client delivers transformative projects across the UK's most prestigious buildings and is renowned for their expertise in heritage transformation and innovative project delivery. They are now looking to expand their expert team with a Senior Project Manager who can drive excellence across all aspects of this flagship scheme.
The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you'll take the helm of a major heritage transformation project, leading a multi-disciplinary team through all RIBA stages. You'll be the primary client contact, responsible for embedding protocols, driving design management, and administering NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Client brief development and stakeholder management
- Design process coordination across large multi-disciplinary teams
- Financial control and programme management
- Procurement strategy development and implementation
- NEC contract administration
- Risk and change management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years' project management experience
- Strong background in construction or related field (degree/HNC/HND)
- Comprehensive understanding of building technology
- Proven NEC contract administration experience
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE) desirable
- Excellence in stakeholder communication
- UK residency for minimum 3 years (security clearance required)
