We are currently recruiting for a growing, PE backed manufacturing business based in Burnley looking to hire a Management Accountant, the role is offering fast progression to FC and mentorship from a highly valued CIMA trained CFO.
The role itself is very varied, some of the duties are below:
- Ownership of the full month end process
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepayments/ accruals
- Revenue recognition
- Monthly salaries
- Development of monthly KPI pack
- Assisting with monthly board pack prep
- Annual budgets and reforecastingDelivery of the Monthly Management Accounts including analysis and insights
- Evolving processes and creating discipline across functions
- Weekly Cashflow Planning and Management
- Compliance reporting inc VAT returns
- WIP reporting
- Management of costs
- Finance business partnering across the business
- Supporting the CFO on additional responsibilities
