Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
- Drafting contracts, transfers, and other legal documents related to property law.
- Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and mortgage lenders.
- Managing case files from inception to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
- A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and property law.

- Strong communication abilities and client service orientation.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
