We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to inspire and educate students in the field of Religious Education, starting in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that stimulates curiosity and promotes an inclusive understanding of various religions and worldviews.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical inquiry, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Religious Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary school level.
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics.
