My client makes soldiers' lives better through the delivery of new and improved accommodation, ensuring they live and work in the best possible environment. They are responsible for building, improving and maintaining soldiers' single living and working accommodation on several Army garrisons.
As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Army customers by ensuring the smooth provision of transport services and effective communication with other departments.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Administrative aspects of transport bookings
- Allocation of vehicles and drivers along with the physical preparation and handover/takeover of vehicles
- carry out assigned tasks in compliance with company regulations and guidelines
- ability to identify and respond to customer needs
- Effective communication skills are vital, enabling you to interact at all levels, both within your team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven IT Literacy
- Full valid UK driving Licence
- Ability to obtain basic Security Clearance
- Desirable: Completed JAMES and CLARITY training, along with user experience for both systems.
