I am working with a great organisation based near Uttoxeter who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team.
Your new role
You will be working closely with the Credit Manager and your daily responsibilities will include updating the ledger, creating invoices, processing card payments, producing MI for various processes including forbearance, vulnerable customers, producing assignment documentation for hire-purchase and lease agreements.
You will be contributing to the company's overall financial objectives and risk management, and you will work in compliance with the company policy to mitigate bad debt. You will also be developing and maintaining relationships and networks with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an effective communicator with negotiation and interpersonal skills, have good analytical skills and financial and commercial awareness.
You will also have good Microsoft suite knowledge and experience, including Excel.
What you'll get in return
Salary is up to £27,000 + bonus, enhanced pension(15%), 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, hybrid working, private medical, life assurance, share scheme, enhanced mat leave and more.
