Position Available: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Telford, TF2
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform conceptual ideas into refined, finished products
- Adhere to project timelines for efficient delivery
- Develop detailed 3D designs and technical drawings
- Generate comprehensive working drawings, detail drawings, and bills of materials
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve holistic solutions
- Possess knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Engage in collaborative design reviews and analysis
- Enhance tooling to optimize performance
- Ensure designs are manufacturable
Background Requirements:
- Minimum HNC/Degree qualification or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Solidworks is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Previous experience within a similar design department role
