As a Quality Technician for our globally recognised client, you will assist and support the quality team through the inspection and testing of materials, components and finished products.
This role is ideal for someone with proven Quality Inspection experience with knowledge of calibration, inspection and internal audits to improve processes and procedures, and in return our client is offering attractive benefits such as private healthcare, company pension, profit share scheme and more!

Duties for the Quality Technician include:
- Perform quality inspection and fault identification to support the introduction of new products.
- Investigate quality issues to implement new procedures.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated according to production schedule.
- Support quality engineers with new product introduction and continuous improvement activities during busy periods.
- Any other duties required.
The successful Quality Technician will have / be:
- A HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A qualified ISO internal auditor.
- Experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing setting.
- The knowledge to interpret engineering drawings to confirm inaccuracies.
- The ability to inspect parts using measuring equipment, e.g. micrometres, calipers, gauges etc.
- An understanding of ISO standards.
- A quality focused mindset with a team-based attitude.
