Individual Giving Fundraiser Permanent contract Full-time (substantial part-time considered) Aylesbury/Hybrid Salary circa £28,000 per annum

Do you have a proven track record of delivering successful and impactful appeals or direct marketing campaigns? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career in fundraising at a dynamic and successful national charity?

Lymphoma Action is looking for someone to join our supportive, passionate and successful Fundraising Team as our new Individual Giving Fundraiser. If you enjoy creating compelling and impactful copy, working with colleagues and external agencies to deliver brilliant campaigns, and delivering top-notch supporter care, then this might be the job for you!

We're looking for a great team-player with a flair for writing, excellent organisational and IT skills and an understanding of the use of digital platforms to maximise fundraising income. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience of:

  • creating effective marketing plans aimed at maximising engagement and income.
  • delivering appeals or campaigns to an agreed budget, and reporting on outcomes and financial performance.
  • the use of data analysis and segmentation to successfully target appropriate audiences.
  • delivering outstanding supporter or customer care.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of office-based and home-working. Proximity to Aylesbury is essential, as the postholder will be required to attend the office a minimum of once a week and more frequently during the induction period.
