We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team at our Edinburgh office, located on Thistle Street.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring both clients and candidates receive the highest level of service.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates on salary packages and other employment terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide expert advice to clients and candidates alike.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our recruitment software.
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
