Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
- Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
- Credit Control duties
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Office management including placing orders for office and customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in finance administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Experience in using a ticket system
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
