A leading company is looking to recruit a performance driven, fast-paced and enthusiastic Contact Centre Sales Coach to join their operation in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
About the Role:
- In addition to a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum, you will receive excellent benefits
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- You will be supporting a Team Leader
- Providing mentoring, course preparation and training material to the team of 8 B2B Sales Representatives
About You:
- Previous experience working in a Contact Centre Sales environment is a must
- A love of coaching and mentoring in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Passion for people development, problem solving skills and quick decision making skills is key
- Excellent communication skills are important as you will regularly be regularly communicating with individuals of all levels within the business
