Robert Walters are exclusively working with a leading print technology company who is seeking a Regional Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join their European Finance Shared Service Centre based in Audenshaw.
You'll join a vibrant team that balances hard work with a fun, friendly atmosphere. While the pace is fast, you'll be well-supported with comprehensive training and the opportunity to grow within the role. You'll also need to hit the ground running and bring a proactive approach to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit control functions, including cash collections, customer payments, and trade credit insurance management
- Process customer payments accurately and promptly using SAP, and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Provide support to the ARAP Shared Service Centre with billing, credit administration, and customer direct debit processing
- Build strong relationships with local office AR teams across the region, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, company policies, and internal controls for all areas of responsibility
- Assist in the rollout of the European ARAP Shared Service Centre structure, contributing to the overall growth and success of the finance team
Person Specifications:
- 2+ years' experience working with SAP and credit control
- Exposure to Accounts Payable processes would be highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Intermediate Spanish skills would be highly favored, as this role supports a regional team and the ability to communicate in Spanish is a significant asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage up to 1,500 accounts monthly
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problem areas and offer solutions independently
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work without constant supervision while maintaining high quality and accuracy
