5 days from 7 with one late shift 14:15 – 22:15 one early shift 06:45 -14:30 (including weekends)

An excellent opportunity is available for a Care Team Leader at our Housing with Care scheme in Essex. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week minimum, with the requirement to perform a waking night shift on occasion to monitor the quality of care provision through the night.

What will you do as our Care Team Leader?
- Deliver Personal Care to our residents
- Manage a team of Care and Support Workers and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans
- Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
- Ensure residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence
- Ensure all administrative governance systems are implemented effectively
Our ideal Care Team Leader will have:
- An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
- Experience in managing a team within a similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Competent IT skills and experience of a digital care management system
This position is well-suited for an individual with experience as a Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Care Manager, Care Team Leader, or ExtraCare Housing Manager seeking a new challenge.
