Hyperion Partners are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Housing Officer to join a leading social housing company.

About the Role:

As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the high standards of our housing portfolio. You will work closely with residents, providing support and ensuring that their needs are met while fostering a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residents, providing advice and support on housing issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, encouraging community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to housing management activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housing officer or similar role within social housing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
