Working for an established company based in Warwick we are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Application Support Analyst. Working in a hybrid (1 day on site more if preferred) you will contribute to the ongoing improvement and development and administration of the existing Microsoft 365 environment covering SharePoint, Office 365, and MS Teams thorough user support, troubleshooting and development of process using Power Automate and Power Apps across both desktop and Mobile devices.
Experience & Skills we would like to see
- Experience in a similar role where you have worked with JSON or Power Automate
- Experience in MS Power Apps
- Focus on the use of Intranet, SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications globally and the delivery to end users. Develop processes, deploy features, and provide application support to all functional areas and business units.
- Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications (technical demonstrations, consultation, and support of existing functionality)
- Ensure data security and integrity of business applications
- Change Management
- System Configuration and Development
- Process Documentation and configuration
