Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with a strong background in sales and ideally previous knowledge of the fuel industry, however that is an ideal not a must have requisite as full product training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with outstanding communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to successfully manage and motivate the sales team. This role is crucial in honing and inspiring the team to achieve peak performance while also managing their own sales area and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a collaborative and team-based approach.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring team members are motivated and engaged.
  • Lead by example in terms of attitude, customer focus, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the operational leadership team with reporting, team management, and general leadership tasks.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, small business environment.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and approachability are maintained throughout the team.
