Estate Agent Sales Manager – Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 basic salary plus commission based on performance - OTE £50,000+
- On site parking
- Monday - Friday position

Estate Agent Sales Manager – Duties and responsibilities:
- Fantastic opportunity for Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer/Valuations Manager or Sales Manager to take the next step in their career!
- Working within a team to achieve the branch revenue target
- Offer a first class service to customers to improve market share
- Chair daily morning meeting setting the days expectations in terms of individuals and as a branch
- Identify the client needs and match to the proposition to help win new business
- Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximizing opportunity
- Maintaining and improving fee levels where possible
- Being that trainer and mentor that can support staff to excel within the industry
Estate Agent Sales Manager– Experience Needed:
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in supporting staff with training
- Able to spot opportunities for new business and lead from the front
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- You will be well spoken and well presented
