Trainee Account Manager
£24,000.00 + uncapped commission

Agenda Partnership have partnered with a client based in Market Harborough who are recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. No previous sector experience required but ideally you have some telephone-based sales experience (however, it's not essential!).
Day to day, the Trainee Account Manager will:
- Proactively cold calling new business and lead generation
- Make solid use of the CRM to keep client records updated and inputting new clients on to the system
- Gathering an understanding of the customers requirements
- Send quotes directly to the customer
- Completing customer GDPR, terms of business and ID verification
- Follow up on calls/ emails for potential customers
Skills and experience required:
- Have a good telephone manner, be polite, approachable and professional
- No previous sales experience is necessary for this role.
- Desirable would be some form of telephone based sales experience
As a Trainee there will be ongoing support and development until you become more confident in post.
