An award-winning Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join it's busy and passionate team of Property Managers.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm in the office (with no weekends and one day at home after probation!) and parking is provided. Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications, ranging from £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Reporting into the Head of Block Management the Property Manager will be responsible for looking after a well-established portfolio of properties across London.
The ideal Block Manager will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience as a Block Manager
- Be IRPM qualified (or currently be studying)
- Take care and pride in their work, always striving to provide a first-class service
- Be a fantastic relationship builder
- Be well organized and able to multitask, be flexible where necessary
