Supply Support Staff Needed in Worksop - Primary Education

This Supply Support Staff role across Worksop is for you, if you have:

  • A strong work ethic
  • Strong organisation skills
  • The ability to communicate well with pupils, staff and parents
  • Confidence to use your initiative
  • Previous experience supporting children in a classroom environment
  • A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a BA Hons Degree in Education (desirable)
  • Creativity and innovative ideas to engage and motivate pupils
  • The ability to effectively report and record pupil progress
  • The ability to travel across Worksop and surrounding areas

Expectations of working as Supply Support Staff include:

  • The ability to work to a flexible schedule
  • Working hours between 8:15AM and 4:00PM
  • Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Working in a 1:1 or group capacity
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies
  • Adhering to behaviour policies
  • Some knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Commitment to education and training
