The role will suit someone with good customer support skills. You will have a mindset for workflows and seeing opportunities for automation. A background in data analysis and/or statistics would be an advantage.
With its core customer base in small and medium-sized businesses, the introduction of new technology is enabling it to service larger, high-profile clients, and this requires:
- The configuration, operation and monitoring of systems software to ensure the smooth operation of projects
- General technical support
- The understanding of the importance of quality and service
Training will be provided on the company's products, systems and software, but you will need to bring a positive attitude, an interest in making things work and experience in customer service.
