This company is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to join their Sales team; this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, socially driven organisation and progress your career in sales. Overview;

An exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading company in the nonpro?t software market. Reporting to their Sales Manager, you'll be critical in transforming digital fundraising in the UK charity sector — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact.

How you'll contribute;

Engaging with medium and large UK charities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, selling market-leading online fundraising technology.

Conducting the full sales cycle; including outbound prospecting via telephone, email and social mediums, value creation, deep discovery, delivering tailored pitches, and closing.

Understanding the product-market ?t and applying this towards problem-solving for your prospect's needs.

Keeping up to date with industry knowledge by identifying opportunities to learn; reading the latest industry blogs, building and maintaining your network and the opportunity to attend some industry events.

Keeping up to date with latest competitor trends and product knowledge.

Providing feedback to their Product team and escalating when needed.

Develop strong relationships with their wider commercial teams including Sales and Customer Success to ensure all opportunities identi?ed are maximised.

Diligently maintain internal platforms including Hubspot, Intercom, documentation in Con?uence and implement improvements when needed.

About you;

At least 1+ years' experience managing the full end-to-end sales process (preferably in SaaS) with demonstrated success in the role of hitting targets.

A self-motivated, competitive individual that thrives in a target driven, fast-paced environment.

Ability to demonstrate resilience and overcome challenges.

Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections.

A naturally curious person, the ability to ask productive questions.

Ability to engage and initiate relationships and understands how to build great rapport.

£'s; £35k base (£50k uncapped OTE),

Location: based from their central London offices (E1) with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week. As a company, they have a policy whereby everyone is expected to be in the office 2 days a week (usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for collaboration, socials etc, with the ability to work either from the office or home on Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, everyone works from home. They also have flexible working hours, meaning that as long as you are working between the hours of 10am and 4pm (core hours), you can start early or late (e.g. instead of working 9am-5:30pm, you could work 7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:3pm, 10am-6:30pm etc).
