PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Salary: £32k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A successful and reputable independent Estate & Lettings Agency with a highly recognisable local brand are looking to recruit an experienced residential Property Manager to assist with the management of their sizable portfolio.
For this position, you will need to prove your excellent lettings industry knowledge and outstanding organisational skills, demonstrate strong communication skills and show your confidence in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.
The role will involve resolving maintenance issues, handling Notices, organising safety certificate and dealing with periodic inspections, so a driving licence and car are essential as is previous experience in a similar role!
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Previous Property Management experience essential
- ARLA membership favoured though not essential
- High level of customer service
- Excellent telephone skills
- Well presented, self-motivated and efficient
- Confident team player
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Car driver with car and full UK driving license
