- Analysing sales data and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions
- Managing inventory levels to optimise product availability and turnover
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise

- Proven experience in a merchandising role, preferably within the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software
