Company Overview:

My client, a vibrant and growing company, is seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Office Administrator to support various departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to different teams
  • Manage the main telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Oversee bookkeeping, credit control, and invoicing
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and post
  • Maintain general housekeeping tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, well-presented, and customer-facing
  • Flexible and able to use own initiative

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (required)
  • A driving license and access to your own car (required)
