Company Overview:
My client, a vibrant and growing company, is seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Office Administrator to support various departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to different teams
- Manage the main telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Oversee bookkeeping, credit control, and invoicing
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, and post
- Maintain general housekeeping tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, well-presented, and customer-facing
- Flexible and able to use own initiative
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (required)
- A driving license and access to your own car (required)
