- Starting salary is up £27,500 per annum dependent on experience with up to £3,600 bonus per annum.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-1:00pm.

Parts Manager required for Automotive franchise approved car dealer group located in Carmarthenshire.
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client's bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £31,100 OTE.
Parts Manager Person Specification:
- A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Manager role are:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
