Job Description
- Providing full planning services from pre-application advice to land promotion and S106 negotiations.
- responsible for advising on developments from concept to completion.
- working on a variety of projects ranging from domestic matters to strategic residential developments.
- collaborating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning outcomes.
- Support the wider team and as a mentor to junior planners.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Town Planning, either at Local Authority Level or Consultancy.
- Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
