They are quite flexible regarding the specialism of their incoming employee, but a strong base of experience in accounts preparation is essential. The role will involve a good degree of business advisory style work and value-added duties alongside more mainstream compliance work.
This role would suit an experienced AAT qualified applicant or perhaps an active ACA or ACCA studier. Most importantly, you will be able to act on your own initiative, communicate effectively with your clients and work well with a team of friendly and forward-thinking colleagues.
