Broadgate are partnered with a leading global Corporate, Private Client and Fund Services firm in London. You will be responsible for leading and directing the team of professionals while working closely with the Managing Director to contribute to the company strategy.
About the Role:
- Lead relationship management for a portfolio of trust and company structures, some of which of a complex nature.
- Supporting your team with complex transactions and spearhead solution based resolutions.
- Represent the business on a number of Client boards, both regulated and unregulated entities, providing entity direction and oversight in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ownership of the team's revenue and costs and ensure budgeted financial metrics are in place.
- Active participation in new business origination, ensuring the growth of business from existing and new potential clients.
- Business partner across units and departments to ensure profitable delivery of work.
- Contributing to the development of the strategy and provide strategic direction/leadership within the business.
- To ensure that the objectives of the Company, as agreed by the board, are fully, promptly, and properly carried out, applying good governance and clear strategic planning principles.
About You:
- Proven experience in a management role within a financial corporate services or fund administration environment.
- ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent understanding of financial management principles
- Significant stakeholder management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow cross functional relationships
