Join us as an Emerging Talent Centre Coach for the 24/25 season and beyond!

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions and leading matches for players recruited into our FA Emerging Talent Centres. As part of this role you will be required to keep on top of any administrative duties associated with the Emerging Talent Centre and to keep up to date registers. You will guide and encourage participants to make appropriate decisions about further participation and pathway progression.

Your coaching background

We are looking for a dynamic coach, with a strong knowledge and understanding of child protection issues. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to relate effectively with the 4-18 age groups.

For this role, it is essential that you hold the following qualifications:

FA Level 2 football coaching qualification

FA Youth Awards - Modules 1 and 2

FA Emergency Aid Certificate

FA Safeguarding certificate
