Idex Consulting are currently partnered with an Insurance Broker in Manchester who are looking for a Head of Compliance to join their growing team.
To be considered for this role you must have Insurance experience, preferably from a broker or Retail Insurer.
The role is a leadership position and you will manage a small team of Compliance generalists. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a function and drive the Compliance and Conduct culture across the business. The client are happy to consider Managers / Senior Managers looking to make the step up but you must be able to demonstrate leadership and framework / policy experience.
The client are going through an exciting period of growth and you will get the opportunity to grow a Compliance team underneath this position.
