Role
Responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with designated customers. Account management admin support for the team and operating as a point of contact to deal with reactive requests from the clients. You will be responsible for running reports and gathering data on customers from key systems for meetings or reviews. Reporting directly to the head of account management and work in a structured environment provding admin and account management support to the team.
Requirements
- Previous exposure in junior account manager role
- Previous experience in IT role.
- 5 days a week in Salford Office
