I am currently recruiting for a Client Enquires Coordinator in the Brentwood area for a solicitors.
This is a hybrid position
35 hours per week - 9:00 - 5:30
Free onsite parking
Paying - 30-35k
Main duties:
- To act as first point of contact for all new Will/LPA enquires
- Ensure all calls are picked up within agreed service levels
- To accurately book appointments for the lawyers
- To ensure that all enquires are logged
- Generate initial appointment letters, Will questionnaires.
Skills required:
- Great with Microsoft packages
- Flexible team player
- Exceptional listener and communicator
- Ability to meet high performance standards
