As the ideal candidate, you will have between 1 to 3 years of PQE and possess a strong desire to proactively contribute to a diverse range of contentious IP matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide variety of contentious IP matters with flexibility and adaptability
  • Demonstrating strong drafting skills and negotiating experience
  • Engaging in complementary non-contentious IP work, including drafting IP agreements such as licenses and settlement agreements
  • Addressing broader contract and tort issues as they arise
  • Participating in ASA and other advertising clearances and disputes, as well as consumer protection issues, as needed
  • Developing expertise or showcasing interest in industry sectors relevant to our clients, including tech, retail, film, television, theatre, publishing and video games

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of PQE in IP litigation
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to a wide range of contentious IP matters
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Some experience in non-contentious IP work, including drafting IP agreements and handling contract/tort issues
  • Interest or knowledge in sectors such as tech, retail, film, television, theatre, publishing and video games is advantageous
  • Keen interest in gaining experience in advertising clearance, disputes, and consumer protection issues
