We are currently offering a temp to perm quality inspector role. This hands-on position is based 100% in the office and requires a proactive individual who can start as soon as possible due to internal movement. There is potential for career progression to department manager.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting thorough inspections of AV equipment within portable units in the yard.
- Assessing damages from off-hire and ensuring units are ready for re-hire.
- Utilising a tablet or phone to log checks and verify that records match the actual condition of the units.
- Maintaining accurate records of units before they go out on hire and upon their return in a busy and clean yard environment.
- Updating spreadsheets to keep track of the units, ensuring a record of what is coming back and when.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using a tablet, phone, and spreadsheets for record-keeping and data management.
- Strong attention to detail for conducting thorough inspections.
- Good understanding of the necessary checks for AV equipment within modular buildings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
