Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the Loughborough territory, driving sales growth
- Conducting property valuations, delivering detailed and accurate quotes
- Managing property listings for both sales and lettings
- Delivering high-quality presentations and marketing
- Planning and executing prospecting strategies
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Working closely with head office to ensure seamless communication and customer service
- Using advanced technology platform to enhance client experiences
- Driving social media marketing efforts and becoming the local face of the business in the Loughborough area
- Building strong relationships with the community
You
- Previous experience in an estate agency with experience in sales and lettings
- Previous experience valuing properties
- Strong understanding of technology including Microsoft Office and property marketing
- Experienced with social media platforms and comfortable creating content
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Driving License is essential

- £30,000 base salary
