International Relationships Manager

SF have partnered with an organisation in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit an International Relationships Manager on a permanent, hybrid basis.

Salary: up to £41,000
Working pattern: hybrid, full time

Your objective will be to grow the client base across divisions, to lead on relevant policy and stakeholder activity, leading the divisions' events programme and growing the divisions' commercial revenues via schemes and sponsorship. You will also be responsible for managing the two executive committees and Presidents. When relevant you will also proactively promote all services offered by the international department to organisations and stakeholders you are engaging with.

Key responsibilities will include;

- To grow membership across the two divisions by both acquiring new members and targeting a high level of member retention
- To attract a range of sponsors and patrons to both divisions
- To engage with relevant policy activity, business leaders, local authorities and key stakeholders within the region with the purpose of representing the company and its members and being considered an influential voice within the business community
- To form, manage and maintain valuable international relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as embassies, high commissions and consulates of relevant markets
- To manage two Executive Committees including scheduling, chairing and contributing to the executive committee meetings
- Working closely with the Marketing and Events team, to create a schedule of events for the two divisions ensuring high quality and relevant content, meeting attendance targets and driving sponsorship income
