Degreeorequivalentwithevidenceofongoing CPD
Proven track record of successfully leading a membershipschemeandfunction,bothstrategically and operationally and achieving sustainable growth of membership. Typically, this would be experience gained between 7-10 years, 3 of which would be operating at a senior level.
Evidence of effective leadership, management and motivationofstaff,includinggoalssetting,monitoring targets/outcomes and developing staff.
Previousexperienceworkingwithprofessional membership organisations
Practicalandthoroughknowledgeandunderstanding of managing a membership scheme, with experience of leading a membership or loyalty scheme within a major institution.
Proven track record of excellent customer service deliveryandsustaining/developingbusinessservices
Demonstrablerecordofaddingvaluetoan organisation.
Demonstrableexperienceoftranslatingcreative ideas into valued delivery.
Provenexperienceoffinancialandbudget management.
Experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaignsandtheabilitytousedigitalmarketing tools.
Extensive experience of using CRM / stakeholder managementsystemsandinterrogatingdatausing the latest evaluation tools and reporting.
Eventmanagementexperience.
Knowledgeandunderstandingofcreatingliveevents such as seminars, webinars, podcasts, and video
