Our long standing FMCG client are looking for a CI Engineer / Focus Improvement Engineer / Reliability Engineer to join the engineering department, the role is pivitol in the department. You are working in a team of 5 reporting into the Engineering Manager covering one of the production departments across the manufacturing facility.

The role will need innitiative and a improvment mindset, the main aspects of the role are as follows:

  • Working with the engineering team looking into machinery downtime and why?
  • What can you do to improve the machines to stop it from happening again?
  • Working with the maintenance planner - updating the spare parts inventory and supporting with the planning.
  • Lead the breakdown elimination process.
  • Will be an element of hands on maintenance with the engineers - mainly for investigative purposes but if the engineers need a hand, they would be expected to jump in and help out.

I'm looking to speak to candidates who have experience in a Manufacturing / Production or Process environment as a Maintenance Engineer/Projects Engineer previously and who are looking to join a Global powerhouse!

Days role - 08:30 - 4:45PM

Monday - Friday

Overtime is paid back in TOIL as there isn't much available

£40,000 - £45,000
