**Key Responsibilities:
- Lab Preparation: Set up and prepare laboratory equipment and materials for science lessons.
- Practical Support: Assist teachers and students during experiments, ensuring safety and smooth execution.
- Maintenance: Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the lab, including regular maintenance of equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of chemicals and science resources.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
**Requirements:
- Experience: Previous laboratory experience in an educational or scientific setting is essential.
- Qualifications: Relevant science qualifications (e.g., GCSEs, A-Levels, or a degree in a scientific field).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety Conscious: A solid understanding of health and safety protocols within a lab environment.
