Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Management: Assist in the daily operations of existing capital call facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all related tasks.
- Increases and Extensions: Support the process of increasing facility limits and extending terms, maintaining compliance and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Amendments and Refinancings: Aid in the amendment and refinancing of agreements, facilitating seamless transitions and updates.
- New Sub-Lines: Work on the establishment and management of new sub-lines, providing comprehensive support from inception to completion.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with their main sponsor clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
