JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- The Authority uses civil parking enforcement to carry out its responsibilities for overseeing the road network and making sure that all traffic moves as quickly as possible.
- The overarching goal is to offer a service that functions in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner for the benefit of citizens, tourists, and companies.
- To minimise parking violations by offering a proficient and productive parking enforcement service and, when necessary, issuing Penalty Charge Notices.
- You'll be knowledgeable about traffic laws, traffic regulation orders, pertinent laws, and the policies and procedures pertaining to civil parking enforcement.
- The issuance of permits and the processing of PCNs
- You'll speak and write English with ease
